Hello, my name is Verônica Alves and I am the central coordinator of all real estate processes in our group. I have several years of experience in the sector with a career in the main real estate networks operating in Portugal, which helps, through the know-how and network of contacts gained, to facilitate many of the unexpected situations that we face daily during the process of buying and selling properties.

I coordinate a multifaceted team that includes very experienced consultants who work in the traditional market, as well as younger and more dynamic consultants who are attentive to the details that new generations value and look for in a property.

I’m looking for it together with our dep. legal, simplify and speed up all the bureaucracy and document processing necessary to conclude ongoing operations with the success desired by all of us.

Our legal department is also made up of a group of lawyers with different specializations in order to cover and resolve all situations that we may encounter during the management of a real estate purchase or sale process.
